Account Deletion
How Locary users can delete their account and associated data.

Delete your Locary account
You can delete your Locary account directly in the Locary mobile app. Open the app, sign in with the Google or Apple account you used for Locary, go to Settings, choose Delete account and data, then confirm the deletion prompt.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your account profile, authentication identifiers, login tokens, owned seller stores, products, media ownership, chats, store claims, saved preferences, and other data tied to your user profile where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or platform compliance obligations. Reports or moderation records may be kept in anonymized or restricted form when needed to protect the service.
When deletion happens
Account deletion is processed immediately after you confirm it in the app. After deletion, your app session is ended and the action cannot be undone.
