These terms define the rules for using Locary as a buyer, seller, or store representative.

Using Locary
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use Locary lawfully. Store details, product listings, images, reports, and messages you submit must not infringe rights, mislead users, or contain illegal or harmful content.
Seller plans and payments
Paid seller features disclose price, billing period, product limits, renewal behavior, and cancellation path before checkout. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, and provider terms may also apply.
Subscriptions
The Pro seller plan is USD 5 per month unless another price is shown before checkout. It may renew automatically through the payment provider. You can cancel future renewal by switching the store back to Free in the app or by using provider cancellation controls when available.
Moderation and enforcement
Locary may remove or restrict accounts, stores, products, media, messages, or reports that violate these terms or create legal, safety, fraud, platform, or security risk.
