Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Locary handles account, location, seller, payment, support, and optional analytics data.

Data we collect
Locary may collect account details, authentication identifiers, store and product content you create, messages, report submissions, device diagnostics, location when you grant permission, and payment/subscription status received from the payment provider.
How we use data
We use data to operate user accounts, display nearby stores and products, secure the service, prevent fraud, process seller plan status, respond to support and moderation reports, and improve the product when optional analytics consent is enabled.
Consent and controls
The mobile app includes Privacy choices where optional analytics tracking and personalization can be enabled or disabled. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency controls tracking: if tracking permission is not allowed, Locary does not collect optional tracking events or tracking cookies from the app. Required service processing remains active because it is needed for login, security, payments, and core app features.
Account deletion
Authenticated users can delete their account in the app from Profile. Deletion removes login tokens, the account profile, owned seller stores, products, media ownership, chats, claims, and other user-linked data, except limited records we must retain for legal, safety, fraud, tax, or security obligations.
